The only thing is that some of the factoids in this are wrong. 1100 calories for breakfast is absurd. So is a 2000 calorie diet for most women. I don't wnat to go through it in detail but, you need a grain of salt for some of the comments here, just as you do for the movie. Just watch your sodium intake in those salt grains!
I do know that a 2000 calorie diet is what the government recommends for women. However, I believe it is for "active women" and that doesn't match a lot of us. :-)
I am sure Skeptoid's forums are having lots of conversations about this one.
