Emergency Prayer Request
Linda will be admitted to the hospital this afternoon. At this point I'm uncertain of duration, reason, or any number of details. Please pray. Particularly pray that Samuel will be okay with all of this--he's too young to know the implications, but I'm sure that he will be bothered by it.

I will hope and pray, as well. Do they have a diagnosis yet? If I can answer any general medical questions, please feel free to send me a private email.

I will be praying for your family, Steven. I'm sure Samuel will be all right, little guys are very adaptable in the face of change. Just make sure to give him extra hugs.

I'm betting that Samuel will be a big encouragement to her as she goes into the hospital. I'll be praying for you all.

Praying...

O God of heavenly powers, by the might of your command you drive away from our bodies all sickness and all infirmity: Be present in your goodness with your servant Linda, that her weakness may be banished and her strength restored; and that, her health being renewed, she may bless your holy Name; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
(Book of Common Prayer)
Steven, my prayers are with you, your wife, and your son. I don't know what you might be going through, but I trust that Christ can somehow be found even in the very worst of it.
Best,
Neil
