Sacramentum Caritatis

For later, perhaps even after Lent. We'll see when I look. It sounds like it might hurt my already reeling head.

You must be mighty proud of yourself, surviving such a grueling retreat.

Dear Commenter,

Proud? No. Considering I was the one who made it a grueling retreat, not the retreat master. So proud, no. Pleased, blessed, graced, rewarded, consoled--yes. Proud of myself--no.

And I am most sorry if I gave the impression that I made some sort of marvelous accomplishment in attending it--not at all. And I am especially sorry if I gave the impression that it was grueling as the result of the actions of others--because that is most certainly not the case.

shalom,

Steven
