For Don--Tam Lin--Translations with Balladry Notes

Tam-Lin translations of the ballad with some notes on its musical history. I'd love to hear some of these sometime--if you're so inspired.

The Fairport Convention recording is an old favorite, and Diana Wynne Jones' version of the story, Fire and Hemlock, is one of her better books. I may play around with the tunes when I have time, but don't hold your breath.
